(2) The atmospheric pressure hot water boiler only has a thermometer and a water level gauge. There is no need to install the pressure gauge. Because the boiler is connected to the atmosphere, the pressure inside the pot is always atmospheric pressure, and there is no danger of explosion. The pressure hot water boiler is the opposite, so a pressure gauge must be installed.

(3) The pressurized hot water boiler is full of water and does not need to consider the problem of water level control. The atmospheric pressure hot water boiler has a water level control problem. Even if the boiler is full of water, there is an open box at the top, and there is still water level control problem;
 
(4) Both high and low temperature water can be supplied to the pressurized hot water boiler. Normal pressure hot water boilers can only supply low temperature water with a temperature less than 100 degrees.
 
(5) The circulating water pump of the heating system of the pressurized hot water boiler is the return water of the pumping system project and sent to the boiler. Generally, the clean water pump is used. It has to overcome the system circulation resistance, but also to maintain a certain pressure on the boiler to ensure that the pot water does not vaporize at high temperatures. The circulating water pump of the normal pressure hot water boiler heating system is pumping water from the boiler. The water pump is a hot water pump, and its function is to overcome the resistance of the return water regulating valve.
 
For the selection of the two, we should note the following points:

(1) For systems with large heating range, long distance and high temperature water supply, it is best to use a pressurized hot water boiler.
 
(2) The water supply of the pressurized hot water boiler should be treated with water outside the boiler to meet the boiler water standard. When the water hardness is too high) It will form a large amount of water slag and accelerate the scaling of the heat transfer surface. Therefore, it is generally not suitable for high hardness water quality), but it must be supervised on the scaling, corrosion and water quality of the boiler. Its water quality should comply with relevant regulations.
 
(3) The pressure capacity of the hot water boiler shall be determined in conjunction with the heating system (primary water supply system or secondary water supply system). For the system of direct water supply to high-rise and super-tall buildings, the problem of high static pressure of the pipe network and high pressure during operation of the circulating water pipe must be considered, and a boiler with sufficient pressure bearing capacity should be selected.
