Condensing Gas Fired Steam Boilers Introduction
Condensing gas fired steam boiler, as the name implies, is a condensing gas fired steam boiler. The most important of condensing gas boilers is the realization of condensing technology. It is a new energy saving and environmental protection technology. Its principle is not complicated, the simple summary is to recover the heat energy in the flue gas by condensing it.
In a traditional boiler, the exhaust temperature is generally 160~250℃ or even higher, so that the water generated by fuel combustion (such as natural gas: CH4+2O2→CO2+2H2O) in the flue gas in the superheated state of water steam, along with the flue gas from the chimney loss. The thermal efficiency of conventional boilers can only reach 85%~91%. Condensing gas-fired boiler can reduce the exhaust temperature to 50~70℃, fully recover the sensible heat in flue gas and latent heat of condensation of water vapor, and greatly improve the thermal efficiency.
Condensing gas fired boiler working principle is through a certain device will be the hot flue gas after the boiler combustion emissions (generally at about 140 ℃) of energy recycling, after recycling the exhaust temperature of 60 ℃ or so, thermal efficiency is increased about 10%, so naturally to save about 10% of the gas, in the process of energy recovery at the same time, also can reduce the emissions of harmful gas, reduce the pollution of the environment.
