Gas operation and preventive measures for gas boilers

Weak combustion, sewage discharge, raise the boiler water level to an allowable high water level. If the fire burns off the coal sluice, the grate can be activated again, moving the coal back a distance.
  (3) If the boiler needs to resume operation, simply open the lead and blower, adjust the opening of the smoke, windshield and sectional wind chamber, and adjust the baffle. When the steam boiler is normally burning, adjust the thickness of the coal seam and start the grate recovery.
  Precautions for using a steam boiler
  (1) Check the power supply before starting the machine, whether the voltage and water source are abnormal. Close the drain valve to open the water supply valve and check if the pump is stuck. If the pump is stuck, remove the fan blades and turn the motor shaft to a flexible state to start.
  (2) When repairing the steam boiler or replacing the accessories, please cut off the power supply to avoid danger due to live working.
(3) The parts such as the electric control box and the pump motor should be controlled to prevent moisture and prevent the combustion, and the boiler should be kept clean.
  (4) According to the water quality requirements of the steam boiler, the water softener should be installed when using this equipment, because the use of the water softener will cause the boiler to scale, causing the pipe to burst and shorten the life of the boiler.
  (5) Please pay attention to sewage when using. It should be discharged at least once a day, and the pressure discharge should be between 0.1MPa and 0.15MPa to prevent blockage of the pipeline. The drain should be properly connected to prevent burns.
